The combination of numbers for checking the service is always together Kyivstar. How to quickly check your account on MTS, Kyivstar or Life. How to check your balance on Kyivstar: mobile and home Internet How to check your account on your Kyivstar card

Of course, the easiest and fastest way to check the account on the card of any operator is a short USSD request. I will not go into controversy and describe what USSD is, when this strange abbreviation appeared, who its creator is and why exactly it is so popular in mobile communications. That's not what this material is about at all. The task is very simple - to help you find the answer to the question " how to check an account on MTS, Kyivstar, Life, TriMob or Intertelecom" If you are too lazy to scroll through the article yourself to find your operator, then you can simply click on its name below and immediately go to the correct place on the page:

Let me make a reservation right away that not all options for checking your balance are described below, but only those that I consider the fastest and most convenient. Remember that you can also always find out the balance by contacting your operator’s call center (we even have material that lists them). You can also find out the information you are interested in in your personal account on the official website or using the IVR voice menu. But still, the most convenient way to do this is using a USSD request. And now I will tell you how.

Find out the balance on your MTS account

The main queries for the operator's subscribers are listed below mobile communications Ukraine "MTS":

How to check your Kyivstar account

The No. 1 operator in Ukraine (by number of subscribers) decided not to bother with separating the methods for checking the balance for contract and prepaid subscribers. The combination is the same for everyone and it is very convenient. As a bonus, I’ll give you a couple more useful USSD requests:

  • *111# - check the balance of funds in your main account.
  • *110# - and this way you can find out the balance of your bonus account (Kyivstar subscribers should know what bonuses we are talking about).
  • *112# - this combination will allow you to obtain information about the availability of services included in the package, as well as their quantity.

By the way, in the near future I plan to devote several materials to various USSD requests that may be useful to you (not only Kyivstar, but also other operators in Ukraine). But that will come later, but now let’s get back to the topic.

Checking the balance on Life operator cards

Please excuse me that in the title I used the name of the operator, written not in Latin, but in Cyrillic. You all understand exactly what I mean life:). The combinations are as follows:

  • *111# - a single request for prepaid subscribers and contract subscribers. Check your account on Life It is possible with just such a request.
  • *121# is another useful combination. Makes it possible to find out the situation with the balance of services (minutes, SMS, megabytes, etc.) that are provided under the terms of the tariff plan (included in the package, in the monthly fee).

Find out your balance on your TriMob account

TriMob (or 3mob) is an operator that is more focused on mobile 3G Internet. But its capabilities are not limited to this, since the numbers of the Ukrtelecom “daughter” also allow you to make calls throughout Ukraine (MTS coverage is used). Everything is simple here too, since the same USSD is used:

  • *100# - check the balance on the cash account;
  • *121# - remaining package services (minutes, SMS, megabytes).

Intertelecom - listen to account balance

Interelecom is an operator that provides the opportunity to make calls in the CDMA standard, as well as use high-speed Internet throughout the country. In this case, you can forget about USSD, since we will not look at the account balance, but listen to it:

  • *7501 – by entering this request, you can listen to the rest cash on account.
  • *7502 - balance of prepaid minutes/megabyte.
  • *7503 – this is how you will find out the amount of cash bonuses available on your number.
  • *7504 – we will hear the remaining bonus minutes/megabytes.

Do not judge harshly if you have provided inaccurate information somewhere. I tried to check the information, but the human factor has not been canceled :) If you know something that I did not mention, then write in the comments - I will definitely add it to the material. If you notice an error, please write also. We will correct ourselves. But I still hope that this material allowed you to answer the question “ how to check the account?» on MTS, Kyivstar, Life, Trimob or Intertelecom.

To answer the question: how to check the account balance on a SIM card, you should clarify several nuances.

First, let's start with: is this your phone number? In order to check the account on your Kyivstar mobile number, you should enter the key combination *111# and the call key. It's simple.

Most recently, the company provided its subscribers with the opportunity to check the account status of other subscribers in order to be connected to the “Trusted Person” service. If you are given this opportunity, then to check the account of another subscriber you must enter the following combination: *113*38subscriber number# and call key.

If you still check the account balance on your number, then you should note that in addition to the main balance, which is checked using the combination *111#, there is also a bonus account.

To check your bonus account for using the home Internet service, you must enter the ussd code *110# and the call key. You will be shown the number of bonuses accrued and their validity period.

In order to know how to check the account balance for bonus minutes or Internet traffic, you should enter the request *112#. Using this code, you will find out how many minutes you have left until the end of the day for calls on the Kyivstar network, or the number of minutes for calls to other operators, or outside the country.

Which actually occupy the entire communications market. These are life, MTS, Kyivstar, and also 3mob. Each operator, naturally, has its own set of tariff plans and various conditions that they offer to the subscriber. The user can only make a choice in favor of one plan or another in order to use communication services to his benefit.

Kyivstar is the leader of the Ukrainian mobile market

In today's article we will talk about the leader in the mobile communications sector in Ukraine - the Kyivstar company. This is the second oldest operator that began its activities on the territory of an independent country. And it is distinguished by the fact that it offers subscribers favorable service conditions, as well as high quality service in the form of an uninterrupted signal throughout almost the entire territory of Ukraine.

All tariff plans include certain conditions. This is a fixed cost of services (for example, calls within the network for 10 kopecks), a certain number of bonuses, as well as minutes intended for making calls. Unfortunately, it is impossible to give examples of bonus points in the mobile communications sector. Kyivstar currently provides bonuses only to home Internet users. However, this is a completely different direction of the company's activities.

As for minutes, they are still widely used in the company's tariff plans. Customers are offered to use them, in particular, for calls within their network and communications with other operators. We will tell you further about how to check minutes on Kyivstar on a specific tariff plan, as well as the conditions of each of them.

Tariff “For calls”

The simplest, most affordable and practical tariff plan, which contains minutes allocated for calls, contains a plan called “For calls to all networks”. Its cost is only 50 hryvnia per month.

For this money, the subscriber receives 60 minutes for calls to other networks, as well as an unlimited number of minutes for calls to Kyivstar numbers. This tariff does not provide for extraordinary accrual of minutes - simply the cost of each minute after use is 60 kopecks.

You can check the number of accrued minutes using the combination *112#.

As a small bonus, the subscriber is provided with 50 megabytes of Internet traffic per month.

"For smartphone +"

The next interesting plan is “For smartphone +”. As you can see for yourself on the operator’s website, it costs more - 95 hryvnia per month. Users are again offered an unlimited number of minutes for calls on the network and 60 minutes for calls to numbers of other operators. To use Internet services, 1,500 megabytes of traffic per month are offered. Checking minutes is no different on this tariff. Kyivstar serves a single combination for receiving such information - *112#.

The good news for those who currently use this tariff is that there are no traffic charges when working with social networks - VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Facebook and Twitter.

Tariff “For smartphone extra”

You can get an increased number of minutes by switching to a different tariff. “For smartphone extra” provides the subscriber with 200 minutes per month for conversations with other networks, as well as 2,500 megabytes of Internet. If you don’t know how to check minutes on Kyivstar, use the same combination 112.

The cost of the tariff is 150 hryvnia per month of use.

“All for 500” and “All for 800”

The last two tariffs that we will characterize can be combined, since they are connected on a contract basis and offer similar conditions, with the exception of the volume of the data package. Thus, both tariffs provide unlimited free minutes to Kyivstar, as well as 1500 and 2500 minutes for calls to other networks, respectively.

The amount of Internet traffic that comes with both services is 5GB and 7GB, respectively. As you can guess from the name of the packages, their cost is 500 and 800 hryvnia per month of service. Again, the answer to the question “how to check minutes on Kyivstar using these packages” is repeated - use *112#.

"Free roaming"

Above we described Kyivstar tariffs for use in national roaming - within Ukraine. You can also order the service to make cheaper calls while abroad. In this case, the operator provides you with bonus minutes for calls at a lower cost. You can find out how to order minutes on Kyivstar for calls from abroad on the website in the “Free roaming” tariff, which is what we did.

First of all, it is important to mention the company’s division of all countries in which it serves subscribers into two groups. The first includes Russia, Italy, Georgia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. The cost of a minute of conversation with them will be 1.50 UAH (provided that the user is provided with 25 minutes for a daily fee of 37.50). True, as noted on the Kyivstar website, extraordinary accrual of minutes at this tariff is not allowed - after you use them up, you will have to pay much more.

The second group of countries is a much more extensive list. To talk with them, you are given 15 minutes per day for 60 hryvnia (per day), costing 4 hryvnia.

After the subscriber exceeds the limits set by the option (25 and 15 minutes), the cost of calls increases to 2.25 UAH and 3.60 UAH, respectively, for both groups.

If you are looking for how to check minutes on Kyivstar for calls in roaming, the website with information about the service has the answer: you need to use the combination *106*1*2#.

"Favorite Countries"

Another interesting tariff, also aimed at providing minutes for calls with subscribers from other countries, is “Favorite Countries”. Choose where you want to call, enter a special activation code and receive exclusive rate for each individual direction. The cost of connecting to all countries will be 2 hryvnia, and the price for activating the service (with each country) will be 5 hryvnia.

Tariffs for each state are listed on the company’s official website. It is noteworthy that the number of minutes is not limited, so checking them in the context of this option does not make sense.

Home internet bonuses

It would be worth mentioning services that do not relate to mobile communications. We are talking about home Internet and how bonuses are awarded for working with it. Kyivstar offers rewards simply for replenishing your account in the system. Each bonus is equal to the number of hryvnias paid for the service. The exception is periods when you had a debt or the Internet was not active due to current option"Suspense".

You can use bonuses at your own discretion. This could be payment of your mobile phone bill in the system, as well as repayment of debt for working with the “Home Internet”. The validity period of the bonuses is 20 days; it is during this period that you will have to use them. If we talk about paying for home Internet from the company, then in this case you can connect to the “Day” or “Night” Internet package at the price of 50 bonuses for 7 days, and also activate the “Double speed” option, according to which for 50 bonuses you will receive doubled connection speed for 90 days.

Bonus check

Since you can use bonuses provided by Kyivstar in two directions - to pay for the Internet and mobile services, there are two accounts, and therefore two ways to check your remaining bonuses.

The first is the combination *110#, which shows how many of them you have in your mobile account. The second one is *460# - shows how many bonuses are directly on the landline Internet account.

Control minutes, bonuses and much more

We would recommend that you use a special system for recording all data relating to your subscriber account. We are talking about the “My Kyivstar” application, which is available both on the Internet and as a program for any of the mobile platforms presented to this day. With its help, you can not only see how much and what is left in your account, but also keep track of spending statistics. And the main advantage is that all this is free and in real time. As a result, you receive exactly the same information that you previously had to ask contact center consultants or company representatives at the service center about.

To start using the application, you just need to register in it using your phone number and temporary password, which will be sent to you via SMS. Subscribers who are interested in home Internet service should use their service agreement number instead of a telephone number.

The capabilities of the system are such that you can even transfer some to other subscribers! You definitely need to try the many benefits that the platform provides!

Hello people! The combination of checking the balance on our phone is a very useful thing and very often helps us find out the current status of our SIM card balance, replenish it on time and always stay in touch with family and friends.

"If a person searches, he always finds"Quote from the great Author

For several days now users world wide web They are looking on the Internet for a secret combination that every schoolchild in Ukraine knows, namely a USSD request that allows them to check the status of a Kyivstar subscriber’s account.

USSD - Account verification on KYIVSTAR
I will describe the procedure for checking the balance as I see it:

Step one: take it phone, unlocking.

Step two: I enter the “secret” combination called USSD request: *111#

Step three: I press the call key and I suffer for about 10 seconds waiting for an answer.

This procedure can be clearly seen in the video below:

If Kyivstar is not currently experiencing any load - I receive an answer to my request, namely the amount of funds in the account. In this case, having enjoyed the network and satisfied my desires, I make an important decision - either top up my account or wait a few more days until the balance is on the verge of my personal safety zone (after all, you don’t want to be left without communication, and even if the balance is zero, incoming SMS are blocked - and then replenishment using bank card will be difficult).

If Kyivstar decided not to open the curtain of mysterious knowledge for me - I get an error message:"Connection problem or invalid code MMI " - and then, armed with a cup of bitter coffee, a pack of cigarettes and the Internet, a call is made to the number 466, which is important for each subscriber. How I sympathize with other subscribers - for me personally, after dialing the number, the question is whether I want to listen to the full menu, or whether I want to connect with a VIP support specialist, but other subscribers may have difficulty finding a connection with a technical support specialist.

I specifically found a similar conversation in social network FACEBOOK, so as not to mislead users and important points I decided to highlight it with a yellow fill - so that the average subscriber understands that he is not obliged to give out his personal data, according to the law - because there is an opinion among users of this operator that the company will block the number if such a request is made (and this was described in other publications). Here is the actual selected correspondence, which characterizes the subscriber’s behavior and his motives when contacting the Kyivstar network operator after the error occurs: “Connection problem or invalid MMI code.”

An example of a conversation that could take place if there were no possibility of checking the balance - in this case, you can observe that you may not receive an answer to the question posed...

In his first request, the subscriber wants to get an answer as to why he is throwing an error, why he cannot find out the status of his balance in a timely manner, while predicting the operator’s answer, he immediately says that he checked the “stripes” of network quality indicators, and even rebooted the phone (to put the operator in such a position that it would be impossible to gain time using “excuses”)

In his response, the operator decides to find out the subscriber's phone number, as if he would be able to look up information for a specific number, but alas, this is impossible to do - if a problem exists, then it exists in many subscribers in this region, and it is for this reason that the subscriber responds as see in the screenshot below:

“I am not obliged to give you any personal information, except that I am in such and such a region” - this is quite enough to look at base station, and understand what exactly the problem is.

The message that you read above says that the Kyivstar operator felt the superiority that the subscriber inspired, and decided to justify himself, like “we ask subscribers for a phone number in order to transfer it technical specialists" - well, this is understandable if the conversation goes into social networks... But if you talk to an operator over the phone, the number will be received automatically (this is why the subscriber contacted support via the Internet)

In this message, it becomes clear that the subscriber is afraid to contact Kyivstar support, since having proven his rights, the possible outcome is deactivation of the number, blocking, being taken to court for a fictitious violation of the law... And these, in my opinion, are real fears - after all, in turn, personally I was blocked about 300 starter packages only because several incoming SMS were received for each package...

The results can be summed up as follows - if you by dialing *111# you get your balance status- You are a blessed person, and you will save your nerve cells, but if you receive an error message, you may have to talk to an operator who will not want to solve your problem, because no technical feasibility- at the same time, during a long conversation, you will no longer care whether you know the state of the account or not - the main thing is to prove that you are right...

I forgot to mention that the account status can also be found through your personal account on the Kyivstar website - thus, if the issue is only about the balance status of the number, then you can still avoid conversations with support.
