If a parcel from Aliexpress arrived in another city or country, you need to collect evidence of the seller’s error, and then open a dispute regarding the order.

If the product has been in a transit country for 2-3 weeks, you need to figure out why the Aliexpress parcel is stuck in Latvia through dialogue with the seller or through the support service.

  • CD123456785LV – Latvian Post parcel tracking number weighing up to 20 kg always begins with the letter C;
  • EE123456785LV – EMS fast delivery starts with the letter E.

The first letter R indicates that the small package is registered, for the parcel there will be the letter C, EMC mail begins with the Latin E. The numbers guarantee the uniqueness of the number. But the last letters determine the country of the postal service from where the parcel was sent.
