(in rain, fog, snowfall, visibility on the road is difficult for both pedestrians and drivers; in addition, clothing such as a hood, scarf or umbrella may interfere with visibility) 11. What cars are allowed to drive at a red traffic light? (these are special vehicles; when driving through a red traffic light, they must turn on the sound signal) 12. What is the difference between a transport traffic light and a pedestrian traffic light?
