The Voicemail service will help you not miss calls, even when the phone is turned off. It is an answering machine that allows you to receive and store voice messages if the subscriber is unable to answer the call.

Each voice mailbox has a special greeting to let the caller know that the answering machine is activated. You can change it in the “Voicemail” menu. This can be done quickly by pressing number 3 and then 1 when dialing number 177 or +38 050 120 0000. After a special signal from the system, the subscriber will be able to dictate his own greeting.

An alternative to your own greeting is to create a signature (the subscriber's first and last name). Then, when “Voicemail” is activated, callers will hear the following: “You have been connected to a voice mailbox owned by ( specified name and last name)".

“Voicemail” also allows you to listen to messages left for the subscriber when calling from other numbers. This may be needed if, for example, you forget your phone at home. To do this, the person will additionally need to enter, after dialing, the number on which the service is activated, and then a personal password.

Unread entries in Voicemail are stored for 5 days, read entries are saved for 7 days. IN mailbox No more than a dozen messages can be stored at a time. Maximum length one message is two minutes, and the length of all messages together should not exceed ten minutes.

While listening to messages, the subscriber can perform various actions with them by pressing the telephone keypad:

  • listen to the voice file in the MMS message;

The storage time for unlistened messages is 10 days.
