Military personnel and civilian employees can create personal account on the official website of the Russian Ministry of Defense. Here they receive reliable information about all operations for calculating monetary allowances.

Personal account functionality

The functionality of a serviceman's account is not particularly rich. All you can do in the office is:

generate a pay slip containing information about the amount of cash payments, charges and deductions;
participate in surveys;
set up a service for receiving notifications by email via the Internet.

You can create a payslip using the following algorithm:

Log in to the serviceman’s personal account on the Mil Ru website.
In the “Pay slips” section, select the required time period. There are two tabs for this – “per month” and “per period”.
Click on the “Generate” button. After this, the page will display a payslip for the specified period.
Download the generated document. For these purposes, three formats are provided - XLSX, PDF; DOCX.

You can also print the sheet immediately without downloading.

Military personnel can participate in surveys that appear periodically in the office. The indicator, which turns red in this case, will help you find out about the availability of a new one.

To receive email notifications about new payslips:

Go to the data accounting window (after authorization).
Check the box next to “Receive notifications”.

Every time a new payslip is available, notifications with relevant information will be sent to the email specified by the user. To not receive notifications, you will need to uncheck the box.

Registration in the serviceman's office

To create an account, you need to click on the " Personal account"on the main page of the Russian Ministry of Defense website - mil.ru. A registration page will open where you will need to enter the following information:

type of employee - military or civilian;
personal number for a military personnel, or pension insurance certificate number (SNILS), if it is a civil servant;
day, month and year of birth of the user;
password;
password confirmation;
email address

After entering the code from the picture, click on the “Register” button. The system will check the information entered, and if they match those contained in the database, an email will be sent with a confirmation link and login. Clicking on it will be the final stage of registration.

It is important to take into account that if you do not click on the link within 2 hours after it is sent, then all stages of registration will have to be completed again. You will also need to re-enter your personal information if you do not receive a confirmation email.

Authorization in a military personnel's personal account

Both those who are registered in the system and those who have not registered can confirm their account.

To check monetary allowances for military personnel and civilians of the Ministry of Defense Russian Federation developed the Internet service “Personal Account”. Here you can get timely information about accrual cash, as well as order delivery necessary documents and certificates.

The service is available only to registered users. The registration process is described later in this article.

The entrance to your personal account is located at https://cabinet.mil.ru/. Next on the authorization page you need to enter the login and password that you received when creating account. Next, click on the “Login” button. After the system checks the data, it will open home page account.

Pay slip consists of the following information:

You can immediately print the payslip without downloading it.

Pay attention! Previously, it was possible to enter your personal account without registering using a personal number, but now this function is not available. To receive a pay slip, military registration is required, regardless of rank.

The personal account is designed to make it more convenient for military personnel to track funds, as well as to combat corruption.

All transfers of allowances to contract soldiers are carried out through the Unified Settlement Center of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

If you need any document, for example, a 2-NDFL certificate, then you need to contact the Federal Federal District of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation (financial support department) in your military district. You can find the address of the branch of your region on the official website of the Ministry of Defense at http://mil.ru/.

To have full access to your financial funds, you must register. To do this, open the authorization page https://cabinet.mil.ru/ and click on the “Register” button. It is located to the right of the authorization window.

Select employee status (military or civil servant)
Enter the personal number of a military personnel, or SNILS number for a civil servant
Indicate date of birth
Create a password (must be at least 6 characters long and start with a letter)
Provide your address email(required to confirm registration on the portal)

Check all entered data
Press the “Register” button

Next to the specified email address You will receive a link to activate in the system. Please note that the link is active for two hours after receipt. If you have not used the link during this time, you must register again. It is recommended to check your SPAM email folder; the email may have ended up there by mistake.

Pay attention! In some cases, personal account registration fails. The most common reasons for errors in registering a serviceman’s personal account are: the date of birth or personal number of the serviceman is incorrectly indicated in the documents submitted to the Unified Center of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. Registration in a Serviceman’s personal account allows you to log into the account using a login and password using the link https://cabinet.mil.ru/RegisterUser.aspx. It consists of two stages: account creation and authorization. First, enter data about the type of service, personal number or SNILS and date of birth, desired password, email address, to which the necessary data will be sent. Next, click “Register”, and instructions for activating your account will appear in the window that opens.

The serviceman's account must be activated within two hours by clicking on the link sent to email. The login login is also indicated there. If the system reports successful activation, in the future you can only use your login and password to log in.

Benefits of accessing your personal account

Logging into a serviceman’s personal account using a personal number does not make it possible to order a 2-NDFL certificate via the Internet. After registering an account, a table of the Russian Ministry of Defense of all military districts with addresses and telephone numbers is available. You can download the form, fill it out and send it by email or fax. To receive a paper form to mail or submit in person, print the form onto paper and fill it out.
