Payment for MTS with “Thank you” bonuses from Sberbank does not work in 2020 - such a statement is found more often than subscribers would like telephone company. Clients of one of the leading in Russia mobile operators received SMS messages that the MTS Bonus program is closing on May 15, and they are asked to have time to use their previously accumulated points, otherwise after the specified date they will simply burn out.

“Modern MTS tariffs fully satisfy the needs for communication services,” the press service said. - They include a lot of Internet, large packages of minutes and SMS to all operators at home and when traveling around the country.

Under these conditions, the MTS Bonus service has lost its relevance.”

It is also noted that the company is creating and developing new services that are more suitable for current conditions and allow you to save money. We are talking, in particular, about the MTS Cashback service, which allows you to avoid paying for communications at all while making your usual online purchases.

There are also convergent offers of the “All MTS” service, when when connecting to fixed-line services, mobile is already provided for free. And finally, it is proposed to issue a bank card “ MTS Smart Money": thanks to it you can get a 100% discount on fees at your tariff.

“These are simple and clear ways to receive discounts on communications that best meet modern trends and customer needs,” the press service concluded.

I have been using the MTS network as a cellular operator for a very long time, at least 15 years. And all these years I had the same number, which had the MTS Bonus service. During this time, I accumulated experience, and every month the mts program awarded me 50 points simply for experience.

I won’t say that a lot of bonuses were accumulated per month, but sometimes it was possible to pay for a package of minutes, SMS or Internet with MTS bonuses, which was a good help.

All the time the number was registered not to me, but to a close relative.

The number was recently re-registered in my name for convenience. For example, when there was a need to change the SIM card format (under new phone), I had to drag myself along with that same relative, the nominal owner of the number - this is terribly inconvenient.

In general, after re-registration, all my bonuses were burned, everything was reset to zero, and the most annoying thing is that my experience was burned, now I don’t receive 50 points every month.

There was no warning about this. It’s a shame, since the relative was only formally listed as the owner of the number, and for all 15 years I was the only user - and all the money passing through the number was mine. This can even be seen from the fact that all enrollments went through my name bank card where exactly my name is!

By the way, I came to the re-registration procedure with that relative, with passports. I think it was possible to somehow warn about bonuses on the spot and do something to prevent them from burning out. It is possible that a relative signed something to this effect. But they didn’t offer any of this; all the experience was lost in a second.

In general, I am very upset and disappointed. I have been an MTS subscriber for such a long time, the number has never changed, and neither has the operator... Therefore, I can’t give any more ratings, and I can’t even talk about the advantages of the program, since this situation has covered everything.

These are all little things, yes, vanity on a universal scale, but the experience has been accumulating for 15 years! And time cannot be returned. And just like that, everything hopped and dissolved.

I wrote to support a description of my problem with a request to return the experience - as expected, I received a dry answer that according to the conditions, when the owner changes, everything burns out and cannot be returned. It is a pity that no attempts were made to reflect on the absurdity of the situation.

I am adding to the review (May 2019): I found out that now the MTS Bonus program has been completely canceled. It turns out that the points were burned again just like that.

Instead, they offer the MTS Cashback system as an analogue. However, in the cashback service it is not enough just to use MTS services; you just need to make purchases in various stores through the application, and cash back will be awarded for these purchases. That is, now there is no bonus for using the services of an operator, so these two services are not analogues in their operation schemes.

After registration, you will receive an SMS message confirming the registration procedure. The SMS message will be received within 7 days from the date of activation.

Users of all ages can participate in the program tariff plans, except for TP "Alle".

Subscribers using home Internet, television and telephony services must select the section “ Home Internet and TV" on the website bonus.mts.ru and fill out an application for connection. How points are awarded

Points are awarded for the following actions:

How are accruals made:

1 point - awarded for every 30 rubles spent during the month as a result of paying for services or purchasing goods in the Russian Federation or abroad through an online store using MTS Money. The company’s condition is that transactions in the previous month using the card amount to at least fifteen thousand rubles.

1 point – awarded for every twenty rubles spent during the previous month as a result of paying for services and purchasing goods, including using an MTS Bonus card, provided that at least 15 thousand rubles were spent in the previous month, but not more than 30 thousand rubles .

For expenses of three thousand rubles or more on the card, you will be awarded welcome bonuses: 1000 points credit cards MasterCard Standard and Gold.

If you use an MTS-Raiffeisenbank card and participate in the program, then for every 30 rubles spent. you will be awarded 1 point.
